Shipping and payment terms

DELIVERY

Delivery takes place only in Switzerland. The delivery time is approximately 1-6 business days.

SHIPPING FEES

Free shipping from orders over CHF 150. The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and on the order page. There are no other fees or costs.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance, in cash (for pickup or delivery), by credit card, or via Twint. If you select advance payment or Twint, we will provide our bank details or telephone number in the order confirmation. The goods will be dispatched once the payment has been received.

Payment terms: Payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
