1. Offers

All offers – including prices, delivery conditions, and availability – are non‑binding unless expressly confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to make adjustments at any time.

2. Orders

An order becomes binding only once it has been confirmed by us in writing. All orders are subject exclusively to our delivery and payment terms. Verbal agreements are valid only with written confirmation.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are based on the price list valid on the day of delivery. We reserve the right to adjust prices and discounts due to changes in raw material costs, exchange rates, or other market‑relevant factors – including for orders already confirmed.

Accepted payment methods: advance payment, cash (pickup/delivery), credit card, and Twint. For advance payment or Twint, our bank details or telephone number will be provided in the order confirmation. Goods are shipped once payment has been received. For credit card payments, the amount is charged upon completion of the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made from our warehouse and exclusively within Switzerland. Packaging material is not taken back. Standard delivery time: 1–6 business days after receipt of payment. Any deviations will be communicated by email.

5. Shipping

Shipping is carried out by post or freight carrier at the recipient’s expense. Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods leave our warehouse, even if free delivery has been agreed.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and during checkout. No additional taxes or fees apply.

6. Delivery Times

All delivery dates are non‑binding but will be observed as closely as possible. The delivery period begins once all necessary information has been provided.

In cases of force majeure, raw material shortages, operational disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances – whether affecting us or our suppliers – we may postpone or cancel deliveries. Claims for damages due to delays or cancellations are excluded.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received. If the goods are resold before payment is completed, the buyer assigns the resulting claims to us.

8. Returns

Returns are accepted only by prior agreement and only for unused, undamaged, and originally packaged goods. Refunds are issued at a reduced rate compared to the invoice amount. Return shipping costs are borne by the sender.

9. Place of Performance

The place of performance for delivery and payment is Birr (AG).

10. Jurisdiction

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for both parties is the District Court of Aargau.

11. Miscellaneous

By placing an order or accepting the delivered goods, the buyer acknowledges our delivery and payment terms.

12. Validity of the Contract

If individual provisions are legally invalid, the remainder of the contract remains unaffected.
