Return & Withdrawal Policy – Burza Import

1. General Information
As a supplier of high‑quality food products and artisanal specialties, we place great importance on quality and hygiene. For this reason, many items cannot be returned once delivered. Where returns are possible, we ensure a simple and fair process.
2. No Right of Withdrawal for Food Products
All food items, coffee, confectionery, and perishable goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided they were delivered correctly. This is required by law and ensures the safety of our customers.
3. Returns of Non‑Perishable Items
A return is only possible if the following conditions are met:
The return has been agreed with us in advance.
The item is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The return is made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
4. Refunds
After inspecting the returned goods, a credit will be issued.
Please note:
Refunds are issued at a reduced amount compared to the original invoice.
Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the sender.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If an item is delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a prompt and uncomplicated solution.
